Welcome to ELBICHO (operated via elbicho.in). By accessing our website, browsing our product catalogue, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Conditions

ELBICHO offers contemporary oversized streetwear and heavyweight apparel across India. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legitimate reason at any time. All product descriptions, specifications (including GSM weights), and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge and subject to change without prior notice.

2. Products & Specifications

Our apparel features verified fabric compositions, including 240 GSM 100% combed cotton for oversized tees and 350 GSM brushed fleece for hoodies. While we make every effort to display garment colors and prints accurately on digital screens, slight natural variations may occur due to device display settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on elbicho.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept secure online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, via 100% secure prepaid checkout (UPI, Cards, NetBanking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched through verified domestic logistics providers. Complimentary free shipping is provided on all prepaid orders exceeding ?2,000. Orders below ?2,000 are subject to a nominal flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery location.

5. 7-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your fit. If you need a size exchange or your garment arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Please contact our support team at support@elbicho.in with your order number to initiate an exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, logos, monograms, graphic designs, editorial photography, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of ELBICHO and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
